Meet Chris Moen – A Strategic Wealth Planner Connecting Finances to What Matters Most
Chris is a Vice President, Wealth Management Officer who enjoys empowering Hills Bank customers to connect their financial decisions to their unique life, goals, and values. His specialties include comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and fiduciary services. He is also a member of the department’s Investment Committee, which guides overall investment strategy.
Chris is a Certified Financial Planner® and graduate of the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business with a BBA in Finance and Economics, and an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Management.
- Chris is an active member of the Financial Planning Association, and enjoys lending his time to area non-profit organizations.
- He is currently on the board of directors of the Johnson County Historical Society and Old Brick in Iowa City
- He has held past leadership positions on the boards of Friends of the Animal Center Foundation and the North Liberty Community Fund.
- Chris has also volunteered for Bowl for Kids’ Sake, the Coralville Public Library, and the Iowa City Hospice in recent years.
In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife Lindsay live in North Liberty and he originally hails from Vermillion, SD.
