We require an in-person signature to initiate wires. Wires can be processed Monday through Friday. In order to guarantee your wire is processed the same day, forms must be completed and submitted by 1:30 p.m.
To complete an incoming wire, provide the sender with the following:

- Your account number
- Name and address on your account
- For incoming international wires include Hills Bank's SWIFT code

To complete an outgoing wire within the U.S., visit a Hills Bank location and provide the following: (view fee)

- Name and address of receiving bank
- Account number at receiving bank
- Name and address of receiving account
To complete an outgoing wire outside the U.S., visit a Hills Bank location and provide the following: (view fee)
- Receiving country
- Currency type (if applicable)
- Name and address of receiving bank
- SWIFT number of receiving bank
- IBAN account number at receiving bank
- Name and address of receiving account
- Sort code (United Kingdom only)
- CLABE number (Mexico only)
- 9 digit transit number (Canada only)
If choosing to send the wire in a currency other than US Dollars, please note that the currency and amount entered will be delivered in that currency. The amount may differ if there are fees assessed on the receiving end.
