Meet Kara Sabo – A Relationship-Driven Financial Planner Committed to Clarity and Care
Kara is a First Vice President, Wealth Management Officer who prioritizes developing and nurturing strong client relationships. Kara takes a thoughtful approach when developing financial plans, and takes time to understand the unique experiences and goals for each client.
The financial planning process can seem complex, and Kara’s goal is to create a streamlined experience through efficiency and responsiveness. Kara serves as a confidant and financial advocate and encourages open communication.
Prior to coming to Hills Bank in September of 2023, Kara worked for an Eastern Iowa community bank for over 15 years. She is graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.
In Kara’s free time you can find her volunteering for the Fight with Flash Foundation or United Way of Johnson and Washington County. She also serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and Flash Baseball Club.
Kara’s greatest joys come from spending time with her husband and two kids, and cheering them on at all their extracurricular activities.
