As Vice President and Retirement Plan Officer, Shelly brings a thoughtful and diligent approach to helping clients navigate the complexities of employer sponsored retirement plans and retirement planning with over 20+ years of experience. This experience combined with a strong commitment to excellent service has resulted in successful partnerships with local business owners.
As a trusted advocate for her customers, Shelly works with plan sponsors to simplify complex topics to design and manage customized retirement plan solutions that support both company goals and employees’ financial well-being. By focusing on education and proactive guidance, she helps businesses attract and retain employees while fostering long-term financial security for plan participants.
Shelly graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL with a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
Outside of her work at the bank, Shelly and her husband Matt can usually be found at an eastern Iowa gym, field or court cheering on one of their three daughters as they play softball, volleyball or basketball. She serves on the board of the Iowa City Free Lunch Program.
