Meet Chad Crawford – A Retirement Plan Partner Helping Businesses and Employees Thrive Together
Chad is a Retirement Plan Officer who enjoys building strategic relationships with business owners focused on supporting the financial goals of the business, its ownership group, and its employees.
Chad is passionate about helping business owners implement a retirement benefit program that attracts and retains top talent that algins with supporting the long-term goals and vision for the business while helping its employees achieve their retirement goals.
Prior to joining the bank, Chad worked for a national equipment finance company where he partnered with IT companies across the United States and Canada to design and implement custom equipment and software financing solutions. Chad is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa where he majored in Business Administration and was a member of the football team.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls and is an avid golfer. Chad serves on the Board of Directors for the Cedar Rapids Opera, is a member of the Cedar Rapids Estate Planning Council and has been involved with the Financial Literacy Fair and Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa.
